Generous Annual Leave Entitlement
The annual leave entitlement for employees range from 24 days annual leave to 37 days annual leave, depending on role.
Long Service Reward Scheme
Additional days annual leave granted (pro rata) to employees on reaching every five years of service with Enable Ireland up to a maximum of 5 days upon reaching 40 years of service.
Pension Plan
Enable Ireland operates a contributory pension scheme which all employees may join on earlier of 1st July or 1st January following their start date.
Income Continuance / Death in Service
These are additional benefits of joining the pension scheme at the earliest opportunity.
Paid Maternity / Paternity / Adoptive Leave Salary Adjustment
Each employee who has a minimum of one years’ service at the start date of the leave is entitled to benefit from “salary adjustment”. This means that Enable Ireland will pay the difference between the employee’s salary and the amount of benefit they are paid by the Department of Social Protection.
Sick Leave
Full pay less social welfare for the first 13 weeks of sickness in any 12 month rolling period and half pay less social welfare for a further (13) weeks of sickness absence in the same 12 month rolling period
Training Opportunities
Employees may avail of continual professional development, both through internal and external training opportunities. Staff development opportunities available for employees to lead out on new projects and develop new skills.

Bike to work Scheme
This is a tax incentive scheme which aims to encourage employees to cycle to and from work. Under the scheme employers can pay for bicycles and bicycle equipment for their employees and the employee pays back through a salary sacrifice arrangement of up to 12 months. The employee is not liable for tax, PRSI or the Universal Social Charge on their repayments.
