Health & Herbs Open evening

Health & Herbs are holding an open evening on July 13th in aid of Enable Ireland, why not come down and join us on the night. The event takes place from 4pm -9pm, and provides an opportunity for you to meet with a Health & Herbs therapist of your choice for a 20 minute introductory session.
You'll also get the chance to listen to talks scheduled during the evening on topics including, nutrition for weightloss, heart health & cholesterol, controlling candida & yeast infections, herbs for stress, emotional freedom technique explained, the menopase and menstrual cycle.
All attendees on the night will also receive a voucher for 10% off a future booking with any of the therapists from Health and Herbs featured in the event as well as 10% discount off selected products purchased in the Health & Herbs Shop on the night.
Tickets for the event are just €10 and will be sold on a first come first served basis. Limited places are available and early booking is advised.
