Referral and Team Services
Your child may have been referred to Enable Ireland through the Early Intervention team at the HSE Community Care Services, your G.P., Paediatrician or by another agency.
Once a referral to the service has been acknowledged you and your child will meet with a team member for an initial assessment. Further assessment of need is offered by the team and where appropriate, services tailored to each child’s individual needs is designed in conjunction with parents/carers.
Team Services provided:
- Physiotherapy.
- Occupational Therapy.
- Speech and Language Therapy.
- Social Worker.
- Family Support Services.
- Day Services.
- Psychology (Input from Community Care Team).
- Paediatric Clinics (Inputted from St Luke's General Hospital).
- Assistive Technology.
- Postural Management.
- Hydrotherapy.
- Parent Support Groups.
- Mother and Toddler Group.
- Nutritionist Clinics
- Transport.
