Programmes and Activities
Activities and programmes are undertaken in consultation with individual service users with reference to their needs and aspirations. Some people avail of the service on a daily basis and have the option to participate in the LIFE training programme whereas others choose to attend once or twice per week for specific modules or to follow an individualised plan.
Transport may be provided on a limited basis to service users within the catchment area who are unable to access public transport.
Who can avail of this service?
Future service users from the catchment area of Dublin 12 currently attending Enable Ireland schools in Sandymount. Other people with a primary physical disability from this catchment area not currently associated with Enable Ireland.
How can I access this service?
Referrals to the service can be made through the individual, the individual’s parents or guardians, the HSE, their school, social worker, vocational guidance officer and other such persons. Contact the centre directly for more details.
