Enable Ireland Scores with GAA Partnership

Enable Ireland is delighted to announce that we have been selected as one of the GAA’s official charity partners for 2019. Like the GAA, Enable Ireland has a national reach and maintains strong local connections. Both organisations are all about communities and the people that support them.

Through this partnership, the GAA is supporting our work with children and adults with disabilities in communities across the country. Partnering with the GAA will help support our goals such as raising awareness about the work we do across the country and assisting with our fundraising efforts.

John O’Sullivan, CEO Enable Ireland said:

“To have an organisation like the GAA supporting Enable Ireland is invaluable to us. This partnership will help us to raise awareness on a national level of the work we do, as well supporting our fundraising efforts throughout the year. The GAA gives us a great platform from which to advocate for children and adults with disabilities. We are thrilled.”

As well as a generous donation of €20,000, Enable Ireland will be one of the beneficiaries of the monies raised from the GAA / Croke Park Staff Charity Cycle 2019 ‘Croker2Carrick’. Funds raised will support Enable Ireland’s services for children and adults with disabilities and we are grateful to the GAA and Croke Park staff for their support. Representatives from Enable Ireland picture with GAA President John Horan at Croke Park
