Enable Ireland is honoured to have the GAA support our work with over 8,800 children and adults with disabilities. As one of the GAA’s Official Charity Partners for 2019, Enable Ireland received a donation of €20,000, as well as staff fundraising support and awareness opportunities.

As part of our partnership, Enable Ireland was hosted at Croke Part for an awareness day at the 2019 Leinster Hurling Championship Final. Wexford beat Kilkenny in an historic Leinster Hurling Final in front of a crowd of over 50,000, but all eyes were on Brandon Burke from Enable Ireland’s children's services as he presented the match sliotar. At half-time on the side-line, Padhraic Dormer from our adult services spoke with MC Dáithi Ó Sé. We are grateful to GAA and Leinster GAA for inviting us to Croke Park . Our partnership with the GAA has given us a fantastic national platform from which to promote a positive and inclusive message.
