Night Positioning
Night positioning is a key part of any 24-hour postural management program for people who cannot independently alter their position during the night and therefore are at risk of developing an asymmetric posture.

Dressing and Grooming
Independent dressing/grooming can often be made possible by using small inexpensive items such as a shoehorn or a dressing stick. The following are examples of the range available.
Shoe Horn

This long handled shoehorn gives excellent reach for pulling up socks and garments and levering on shoes.
Stocking Aid
So easy to use – this device is particularly useful to aid putting on socks and stockings, especially if bending and reaching to the foot is difficult.
Compression Stocking Aid
A stocking aid that will apply support hosiery quickly and evenly.
Button Hook

Ideal for people who lack fine motor co-ordination or have use of only one hand. The stainless steel wire passes through the buttonhole and over the button to grip the thread and is pulled through with a twisting motion.
Zip-Puller

Dressing Stick

This wooden stick combines two functions in one aid. – the rubber tip at one end is used to push off garments. The other end with special double wire hook is used to pull shirts or jackets on, raise socks, skirts or trousers and operating zips.
Long Handled Brush

Ideal for people who cannot raise their arm or reach behind their head, to brush their hair. The brush is shaped to follow the curve of the head, allowing the handle to be held close to the body without losing power or reach.
