Enable Ireland Tallaght Children's Services

Enable Ireland at Tallaght adopts an interdisciplinary paediatric team approach to working with children and adolescents with a disability. Individual family service plans, where both the team and family work in partnership to set goals, make decisions and problem solve is an integral part of the service provision.

Service provision is by the team who include the following:

physiotherapy
occupational therapy
speech and language therapy
social work
clinical psychology
paediatrician
early education
child care

Referral is made directly to the service in Enable Ireland Tallaght and may come from many sources e.g. Hospital/Consultant, G.P., school and community services, parents.

The service operates from Monday to Friday during normal working hours. The regularity of attendance depends upon the child's needs and this is based on the planning that follows assessment and reviews.

Services are provided free of charge.
