Workshop for Parents on Legal issues for Parents with a Disabled Child/Young Adult

John Costello, Consultant, Beauchamp’s Solicitors will facilitate a parents workshop on legal issues for parents with a disabled child on Thursday April 29th 7.30 to 9.00 in Enable Ireland Sandymount. This will include issues such as, 

• Important Legislation and legal provisions affecting persons with Disabilities
• Will’s Disability and Discretionary Trusts
• Medical treatment
• Mental capacity Bill 2008
• Legal Arrangements fro managing financial affairs of a person who becomes unwell or incapacitated

Parents from outside Sandymount service are most welcome to attend.
