New York City Marathon

New York New York, so good they named it twice. This marathon is one of the best in the World.  The marathon starts from Staten Island, and runs through all 5 city boroughs (Staten Island, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, Manhattan). A coach to the race start is provided as part of your tour package with Enable Ireland.  In 2010 there were three wave starts, at 09.40, 10.00 and 10.20am. Your start wave is determined by your previous best time (if any) and predicted time. Details of the waves will be outlined in our final tour details. The marathon finishes in Central Park to the cheer of thousands of supporters from all over the world. The New York Marathon is an amazing experience from start to finish and certainly an event to be considered for anyone who has ever creamed of completing the 26.2 marathon distance.
